IOK-1, an ambient project by David Bengtsson who is also a member of Bortom Reparation makes debut at DNA Production with his new work called "Sensorisk Deprivation".
Four deep drone ambient pieces are all composed in a single way where viscous sound strata merging in extremely heavy and cold soundscapes with scary and dismal atmosphere.

Top notch dark ambient
This is a very good and original album. Each of the four tracks stand out and conjour images of alien worlds that, were they real, would give anyone the fear. IOK-1's signature minimalist style really stands out here as you are left thinking how can anyone achieve so much atmosphere with so little.
An excellent piece of music that should be regarded as an essential addition to anyone's dark ambient/drone music collection.
